Since August 2021, our family has been proudly sharing the flavors of Slavonia with guests in the heart of Slavonski Brod. Every dish comes from recipes passed down through generations, prepared slowly, with love and respect for tradition.

Restoran Jelen opened its doors on August 10, 2021 as a family project, a place where Slavonian tradition meets a modern approach to hospitality. Behind every plate stands a family that believes the best memories are made at the table.
Our philosophy is simple: respect the ingredients, preserve the recipes, and make sure every guest leaves full and happy. That's Jelen.
